Returning the product?
XEO has committed to provide customers with a 100% satisfaction and excellent performance. If you are not satisfied with your XEO products for any reason, you can return them within 30 days and get the price fully refunded. You simply need to fill out the return form that is included in the delivery package. Add the completed returns form to the products ordered and send it to the address indicated.
Please give us a period of up to two weeks to process your complaint. Refund of the costs is transfered to the credit card with which the payment was made. If the products or part of the product returned is missing or or damaged, the selling price of the products will be deducted from the refund.
All returns must be made within 30 days after the original shipment and include all products ordered. XEO reserves the right to refuse the refund of the costs in whole or in part if the requirements are not met. Please send the return by registered mail, as we are not responsible for losses at the post office. Cartridges and e-Liquids are non-refundable items.
